When placing your order by phone or email, please include the following information:
Titles of the music (and instruments, if applicable)
Catalog numbers (optional)
Quantity of each item
Shipping by ground or priority
Your name
Mailing address
Your phone number (in case we need to clarify an item on your order)
Payment Method
To pay by Visa or MasterCard, include this information:
Type of card (Visa or MasterCard)
Name on the card
Your card number
Expiration date

Other Countries: $7.00 for one item
